Positive: The house is very well located. We wanted to be near Parco della Maremma to go by bike to the beach. The housekeeper was kind and prepared a simple breakfast for us. Overall the bedroom was clean and the house had a country side style to it that made it feel stopped in time, it was very calm and quiet. It was also very near the center of Alberese where we randomly ended up assisting to a local town BBQ, which just added to the charm of our experience in this region.
Negative: They told us there was access to an internet network but we were never able to connect. This can be a disadvantage or an advantage depending on your trip objectives. If you really want to disconnect from the digital world it really helps to enjoy the nature that surrounds the area and get some rest from the screens. I also consider that the value for money wasn't well balanced.
