Once your booking has been confirmed guest MUST message host to confirm the dates are correct and they accept the booking. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being cancelled. We will send you a reminder message, however if you do not reply that you confirm the booking your dates will be forfeited. This is a non-smoking property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind including vaping and recreational herbs anywhere inside or outside on the property. You can walk 30 seconds to Willowbrae Road and smoke off site easily.
