Positive: Beautiful surroundings. Lovely bungalows. Quiet, peaceful, serene. Stunning views. Staff were kind and responsive.
Negative: Jacuzzi was slightly warm, but not as warm as a jacuzzi normally is. Jets were broken, so maybe that is why it wasn’t as warm. I reserved a room with double beds, and we were given a room with a bed and a futon. I slept on the futon and it was very, very uncomfortable. Staff were kind and responsive when I requested a couple of things, otherwise we didn’t see anyone on the premises. We stayed 2 nights but bathroom trash was not emptied.
