Summary: Some essential amenities were lacking in the room, no complimentary water or coffee was provided, the internet connection was unreliable, and there was no hairdryer available. Additionally, there was only a blackout curtain with no sheer curtain. The cleanliness of the pool and towels was also below expectations.
