Positive: Easy to get there, close to central station but still in a quite quiet area. Easy 24/7 access via pin code. Nice and spacious apartment. Equipment is pretty new, you'll have everything you need. Service team is easy to reach via App. Cozy apartment, located in the backyard.
Negative: Just some minor things. Fly screens would be great. Since there is a beautiful tree in front of the window, you'll be sharing the apartment with bugs, flies, spiders, and grasshoppers when you like leaving windows open over night. Better blackout curtains for sleeping in were very welcome, too. We also found the mattress much too soft. But that's certainly a matter of taste. (Otherwise, the bed was definitely comfortable.)
