3 Bedroom Condo in Miramar Beach

Located in a gated community with access to a private beach. Free Beach Service including four chairs & two umbrellas in season (March 15th – October 31st ). This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the top floor with only four stories to the building so no noise coming from above. Keyless entry, common community code for all amenities including beach access and fitness center, plus free parking. Spacious open living plan with stocked kitchen and two dining tables (one is on the balcony with a gulf view – great for coffee in the morning with a sunrise and/or eating dinner while watching the sun set). Two king bedrooms with a bunk room for the kiddos plus a queen sofa sleeper for extra sleep space. Two updated full baths with hall bathroom offering private access for second king bedroom. All bedrooms have TV’s. This condo has all the extras for families; pack n play, highchair, stroller, and two sound machines (one for the kids and one for the adults). Community amenities There are two community pools, one is gulf-front with the second one heated during the off season. The resort also has a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, and charcoal grills located near the tennis courts. We are family friendly but do not allow dogs and no smoking in the unit.
