This lovely 2 story home is situated right on the Bay. Arrive at your own private dock Walk past new outdoor shower, to front porch to enjoy serene view of bay. Lucky Me is tiled thru-out, and features spacious master bedroom with king size bed, large walk-in closet, complete with hanging and drawers, and private bathroom. Follow the spiral staircase to the upper level, which has 2 bedrooms - the one on Bay-side almost as big as master downstairs, and also has king size bed. It features a huge open deck for moments of peaceful bliss with your morning coffee, tanning thru the day or indulging in your evening cocktail. The other bedroom is complete with 2 twin beds, with trundles (all furniture recently added) and has its own balcony - just a magnificent place to relax and wind down. The main living area is an open and inviting space. Full size kitchen includes all appliances, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven,blender, rice cooker, and slow cooker. Fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, and pots and pans and lots of counter space. Napkins, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and spices supplied. Towels, Linens, toilet paper and laundry detergent also supplied. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.Please bring your own beach towels. Dining table seats 6, and there are 2 bar areas for an additional 6 casual diners. Sitting area includes sleeper couch and love seat with wall-mounted TV, DVD, and WiFi . On main floor, new half bath for guests. Central A/C in all rooms and fans in upstairs bedrooms. French doors open onto huge screened-in front porch with relaxing views of Bay, and includes patio set for 6 and additional comfy seating. This home is less than a 5 minute walk to the 7 mile white sand beach. Fantastic swimming in the sparkling sea, you can start a shell collection, or marvel at the birds and watch the dolphins. Gasparilla Island is unforgettable - this is a spectacular setting to experience the sunrise, the sunsets, wander the little dirt roads, or feel the thrill of a fish on your line from your own dock. Easy access to property by a 5-10 minute Water Taxi ride from Eldred's Marina - Parking available at Eldred's Marina (941-697-1431)(Approx. $5 a day) where you can pick up Pirates Water Taxi - Captain Emmett Shane (941-697-5777)
