5 Bedroom House in Belmont
Newly updated A-frame with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeps nine. Conveniently located near Charlotte in the charming town of Belmont. Perfect for families or couples getting away together. You will love the bright, spacious kitchen and sunrise in the great room. There are two working fireplaces, laundry facilities and a work desk if you need it.
Plenty of entertainment inside and out: private lakefront pool, large yard, pool table, large screen TV w/internet, foosball table and old school arcade game. Huge deck overlooking the lake and pool, with grill and outdoor dining area. There are outdoor games and bicycles available for your use as well. We have 250' of shoreline that is great for fishing. There is a large swim platform on the lake shore. There is no diving, as the lake is only about four feet deep at the platform. We have two kayaks available for your use. You could bring your own personal watercraft, but if you plan to do so, please contact me to discuss details you should know in advance. There is a public boat launch just a few minutes away.
Enjoy a bike ride in the quiet neighborhood and the firepit in the evening. There are walking trails at the botanical garden and a brand new marina just a few miles away. Beautiful downtowns of Belmont, Mt. Holly and McAdenville just minutes away.
