There is a nice back porch to enjoy the beautiful night breeze and warm sunny days! Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, configured with ample counter space, top-quality appliances, and plenty of cookware. Families with children or seniors will enjoy the ease of staying in a one-level property. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, and in the living room is a sleeper sofa. This cottage sleeps 9 comfortably. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
