Villa Ray is a luxury property located on the Bodrum peninsula. It is a 1,600 sq mt Tuscan style villa situated on a completely private 38,000 sq mt (10 acre) plot.
The property is nestled on the edge of a forest and overlooks a picturesque valley with the Aegean Sea in the backdrop.
It is ideally located in the geographic center of the peninsula giving it easy access to many of the
surrounding hamlets (Yalikavak 5km, Ortakent 4 km).
Villa Ray is best enjoyed by small groups, families and those who prefer their privacy.
Villa Ray has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 people. All bedrooms have their own en-suite
bathrooms and balconies/terraces.
There is a 90 sq mt saline infinity pool located on the south side of the estate. As well as a 150sq mt open air gym and a 60 sq mt enclosed pilates studio.

We have a minimum stay of 1 week during our high season (June, July & August) and 3 night stay requirement in May, September & October.
We require a 30% non refundable down payment 7 in order to secure the reservation. The balance needs to be cleared 30 days prior to check in.
There is also a 2,500 Euro security deposit. Should there be no damages, we refund the funds
within 48 hours.
We also charge a 200 Euro clean up fee Daily housekeeping is included in the price. Bedrooms, bathrooms and all common areas are tidied up every day between the hours of 08:00-14:00
We also offer an excellent private chef option. 220 Euros per person / day. This includes 3
meals / day and unlimited non alcoholic beverages. Should there be a request for alcoholic
beverages, our team will purchase at wholesale price and charge a 25 surcharge.
