ENJOY the breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean from this beautiful ocean front condo with an oversized balcony and a large open living and dining room combo both have spectacular views of the ocean.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a king bed in the master suite and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a pullout couch which can sleep 2 extra. The condo is on the 2nd floor with ocean views and across from the drive on section of the beach. Golden Arms has heated pools, shuffleboard, Putting green, clubhouse and views of the ocean from nearly every room. Have motorcycles? We offer a 1 car garage to our guests.
Walk to historical Flagler to dine and watch the ocean from many local restaurants, unique shops and local artists. Great little bars and fun events. No car needed.

with 13 miles of pristine white sandy beaches
and we are enclosed on this barrier reef North and South with 2 national parks and additional 21 miles of beach that's how pretty it is!
We have lots of wildlife from Manatees to Dolphin, tropical birds. Plus, great fishing, boating and surfing, golfing, paddle boarding, watch for sea turtles or just plain shell hunting, along with the Daytona 500 and other car events close by.
Every 2nd week Saturday's farmers market and oldie cars park along Canal Street lined with giant Palm trees and outside restaurants. Walk to the river to spot dolphin.
We are the closest beach to all the Theme parks in Orlando and central Florida like Kennedy Space Center, St Augustine, Marine discovery center all under an hour away. Perfect for day trips.
The closest airports are Daytona Beach 20 minutes away, Sanford Orlando Airport offers charter flights to smaller airports check out their website, and also Orlando International is 45 mins away.
