Welcome to 4354 Beachside II! This newly updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the beach side of the resort, just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our beautifully decorated 16th floor unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests and features plush furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, and breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast!
4354 Beachside II offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. In addition to stainless-steel appliances, our updated kitchen offers granite countertops, a custom tile backsplash, two types of coffee makers, and breakfast bar seating for three. Our large dining area has seating for six to enjoy family meals or game nights. Designed with comfort in mind, the spacious living area features plush furnishings (no sleeper sofa) and an HDTV. From the living area, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to an oversized balcony where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and beautiful beach views.
The primary bedroom is located just off the living area and features panoramic views of the Emerald Coast and a unique private balcony with seating for two. Guests can enjoy a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk and a separate double bed. This room is convenient to a hallway bath with tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit, and high-speed WIFI is complimentary.
Location is key at Beachside II with hassle-free parking and direct beach access via private boardwalk. Beachside II features a fitness room, a seasonally heated saltwater pool with tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area. Located on the beach side of the beautiful resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages.
With complimentary tram access, guests can experience all that the Resort has to offer, hassle-free!

Summary: The view and the property were great. The only need for improvement that I could note is that the gate code and the building code should be on the itinerary online. I had to go back and comb through texts to find this information, which was not readily available. I reached out to the host for this information because I couldn't find it, and they could help me as well.
