2 Bedroom Condo in Olympic Valley
Located at the base of the world famous Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw Valley), this property is in the center of all the action. This smaller sized 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom ground floor condo sleeps up to six people and is 800 square feet. Please note that while it can accommodate 6 people in sleeping arrangements, the unit is small with limited closet and storage space. It is located on sunny side side of Building 5 (with the main lobby) and overlooks the large landscaped hottub area and mountains. The outdoor patio is perfect for summertime breakfasts and wintertime apres ski drinks. If you like cozy and warm, this is the unit for you.There is also a portable air conditioning unit available for summertime use. In the winter, you are only 400ft from the base lifts!
The primary bedroom has a spacious king size bed and access to the closet. The second bedroom has a queen size murphy bed and private half bathroom. There's a gas fireplace with a stone hearth in the living room as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 6, and a private patio with outdoor furniture. This beautiful condo is steps away from the chairlifts, gondola, and cable car. There is also FREE secure/private ski locker on main floor of our building and FREE secure, underground parking for one vehicle.
Take advantage of the outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, games/arcade, on-site laundry facility, and complimentary high-speed internet. After a day on the mountain, you can stroll through the Village, hang out at one of the fire pits, grab a bite to eat at one of the many eateries, or spend some time browsing the numerous shops on the property site.
We try to offer this condo for much less than what the Village management charges because we do not use their management service. We do our best to pass as much savings as we can on to all of our guests. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can sometimes be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed and only available during non-holiday timeframes.
