This perfectly located Villa is on the second floor with a spectacular lagoon view. It is minutes from Harbour Town, restaurants, the ocean, and all the amenities of Sea Pines. This is the perfect Villa for a couple or small family. The living/dinning room opens to a new deck overlooking the lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has access to the bathroom in the hallway. It has a fully updated kitchen, including a washer and dryer. Dishes, pans, cooking utensils provided along with linens. Renters can use the well maintained clay tennis courts on the villa grounds or the communal pool. Maximum people 2 adults and 1 small child. Summary: We loved staying here especially because of the location being walking distance to Harbourtown. It’s a beautiful setting and had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would stay here again.
