Spacious, family friendly, 3 bedroom Gite in a quiet location yet 5km to the nearest historic market town of Melle. Own wood fired hot tub outside the front door, with bbq and dining area all fenced for security for children and pets. Shared swimming pool with shared hot tub. Plenty of outside space with lawns, trees, flowers, play area and woodland stream. The Gite has WiFi, air-con on the ground floor, English cable tv, washing machine and dishwasher plus shared games room with pool table.
The space
Large open plan lounge with dining area and large kitchen on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor a double bedroom with king size bed and single bed and separate full bathroom with bath shower above the bath and toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms one with 3 single beds and the other with a king size bed and a separate shower room with toilet. There is a sofa and armchair on the large landing to create a further relaxing area. The Gite has exposed wooden beams giving a characteristic authentic feel.
The outside private area has a personal use wood fired hot tub, gas bbq and dining area which is fenced to keep in the little ones.
Plenty of shared space outside with an in-ground swimming pool, another wood fired hot tub beside the pool and various area of lawns, gardens, woodland and stream.
