Accommodation description:
Very beautiful gite just across the border with the Lot and Dordogne. Very quietly located on a quiet road with only a few houses, and only a few kilometres from the town of Fumel. There you will find all the big supermarkets and several restaurants, but for idyllic places you better visit Puy L'Eveque, Prayssac, Monpazier and the larger towns Bergerac and Perigueux. The situation is such that all tourist attractions of both the Dordogne and Lot rivers are nearby.
It is a modern house with a generous kitchen (with island), a sitting-dining room and a 2 the smaller sitting room. There is a nice terrace overlooking the beautiful garden with large pool, plenty of sun loungers and a pool house with an outdoor kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the off-season, there are several festivals in the bigger cities and avoid the crowds at the many weekly markets. Sit on a terrace in the early and late season and enjoy some sunshine and a nice glass of wine
