Positive: The bed was comfortable.
Negative: The initial directions were not too clear, the taxi driver dropped me in a terrible part of town and I had to walk 500 meters in the sweltering heat to arrive. Then when I finally get to the apartment, the air conditioning did not work. It was quite some time, and only after a second text did I get a response. They sent people to fix it and after several hours of sitting in the heat with workers in and out, they left without saying anything and still no a/c. I reached out again and was finally told I could move to a different apartment, which I did.Iy was smaller and not as comfortable as the one I paid for. I had also now lost an entire day of sight seeing. No consideration was given. The apartment was a few blocks into a rough zone. I was told by several people that it was ok during the day but be careful at night. I had seen people picking through dirt looking for food etc on my walk there from wrong taxi drop. There are no outlets near the bed and it took me a day to even see the one on the counter as it was covered by a knife rack. The kitchen did have decent supplies. Since I drank all the water from sweating the first day, there was no water to make coffee. Thankfully the restaurant in the building had good coffee. Overall, the apartment was not too bad, but the staff was terrible Oh, and when I called the listed number to find out where I was or what to do when I the wrong location, the person answering just kept asking who did the booking. I said booking.com but she kept asking then she hung up. Not the way to be introduced to a city!!
