This is a beautiful garden flat that has it's own little patio. You enter via bi fold doors into a sun lounge that can seat 4 people and is ideal for morning coffee as the sun floods in in the morning if it's out.
The kitchen features a ceramic hob and electric oven, a larder fridge and dishwasher. Also included is a toaster kettle, and microwave, cooking utensils, various baking trays and pots and pans. There is the expected crockery and cutlery along with all the other cooking utensils you would expect.
There is a large living room which comfortably seats 5. With a wall mounted large flat screen tv which has cable netflix and amazon prime.
Off the living room is a laundry room with a new eco friendly washer and seperate tumble dryer. There is a ironing board iron air dryer and vacum
Cleaner. The modern vanity unit and toilet are seperate from a large walk in shower and heated towel rail.
There is a hall area that leads on to a very large family bedroom which features a double bed and a single. The room comfortably sleeps 4 with the addition of either a travel cot or fold up bed. All the beding is cotton.
There are two off street parking spaces. The flat is entered via a back gate through a secret garden (that belongs to the house) the garden is walled which makes the flat both secure and quiet. There are security lights outside and camera around the perimeters.
There are lots of shops restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance and the station is a 15 minute walk where you can catch a train to London that takes 55 minutes or Hastings. You can easily drive to Eastbourne, Hastings or Brighton or any where else on the South East
