*We offer the highest grade cleaning with health and safety in mind. We use a set of mandatory COVID-19 safety practices upon every check in and check out based on guidance from the Centre's for Disease Control & Prevention.

The suite is centrally located, on a direct bus route and within walking distance of grocery stores, liquor store, pubs & restaurants. During the evenings you can catch breathtaking sunsets on top of the cities most desirable view, Mt Tolmie which is conveniently located across the street.

Please note that the back yard and lower suite in the rear is not for guests to use.

Please note that Loud noise, large groups and parties is prohibited. Be aware that if there are any complains or signs of big gatherings and parties that there will be an additional $500 charge + damages.
Also around the back and downstairs is private property and not accessible for our guests.
