Negative: Owner not present, refused small favour (extra set of towels), insinuated we may have broken a screw driver( never replaced it although we immediately told her that it was broken upon arrival). Small details perhaps but a diligent, caring owner would not have acted like that. The small 2 bedroom appartement is on 3 flours, somewhat difficult and dangerous to Cary a suitcase to the third flour. Kitchen ware not adequate for 4persons. For example,only 2 wine glasses. No proper cutting knife. Evidently an owner who does not care for his guests confort.
