A lovely, spacious and luminous 163m2 duplex flat located at Jens Juhls Kaj by the harbour in the city of Nykøbing Mors. Renovated in 2016 with beautiful and contemporary furniture. The accommodation offers an amazing view from all sides – view of the harbour, the city and the Sallingsund bridge. It consists of 3 bedrooms and of 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. Each bedroom has a double bed. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor.
The flat is very spacious (floor area of 163 m²), which makes it very comfortable for up to 6 persons. The accommodation is semi-detached and is situated in the proximity of a small park and the Østerstrand beach with a wooden jetty. You have restaurants close by as well as the pedestrian street with its many shops.
