The dining room and fully stocked galley kitchen overlook a large deck with a beautiful view to trees and deer. Front road (Farmdale) leads to river access and the back road (Kitty Knight) leads to Long Point Marina. About five miles away from local wineries and about 15 minutes away from shopping and Grotto Pizza in Middletown DE. And just a short boat trip away from lots of fun places in Chesapeake City. Golf cart (available April-October and weather permitting) and access to the community beach are included.
