Welcome to Sea Mist! Walk right out onto the beach from the doors of this outstanding luxury vacation townhouse condo, located directly on the beach and situated in the heart of Destin's desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood. Enjoy the views from your large private deck overlooking the beach or from either of the two additional balconies. Take in the sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast and watch the beautiful sunrises and evening sunsets!
Featuring a private beach, Sea Mist has three dedicated bedrooms, plus a bonus first floor studio living area which can be used as a fourth bedroom, to sleep up to 12 guests. The ground level includes a bonus studio apartment with a Queen sleeper sofa, and walks out to the deck overlooking the beach. With a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator, it's also a great gathering space before heading out to the beach and to come back to stock up on drinks and snacks. This bedroom also includes two sofa chairs and a Smart TV. The first-floor bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and includes a walk-in shower. Additionally, the washer and dryer are located on this floor.
The main living area is on the second floor. Watch dolphins from your balcony and enjoy the expansive view from the spacious living room. There is also a sleeper sofa and two lounge chairs facing the Smart TV. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with barstool seating. Additional seating surrounds a kitchen table with 6 chairs. The second king bedroom and another bathroom with full shower are also located on this floor.
The top floor of Sea Mist includes the final two bedrooms. The king suite offers incredible top-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, which is a serene spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The en-suite master bath includes a walk-in shower. The final bedroom on the top floor is perfect for families with young children. In addition to a king-sized bed, twin bunk beds are found in this bedroom.
You will find Sea Mist to be the perfect townhouse to create memories of a lifetime. After spending the day on the beach, make a splash in the pool just steps away from this unit. Summary: Huge space with an outdoor deck on each level (3) right in the beach ! Well stocked for cooking and drinkware. Plenty of deck chairs, picnic table and four tops ( on levels 2 and 3. Perfect location in the beach, yet close enough to shopping. Biggest issue for us was NO recycling on property? That’s a travesty on such a beautiful beach. We will return with family! Lots of space for two people! One downside for some people might be shared deck at the bottom. We had. Great neighbors, so it wasn’t a problem
