Ideally placed for access to the West End and the City : 4 underground stations – Southwark, Borough, London Bridge and Mansion House offer Jubilee, Northern, District and Circle lines. Frequent bus services.Regular river boat to Greenwhich, Canary Wharf or Westminster.
Locally there are excellent restaurants and Vinopolis and the Borough Market for food and wine. There are some of London’s best Theatres within walking distance or a short bus ride including the National Theatre, the National Film Theatre, the Old Vic, the Young Vic and the Meunier Chocolate Factory.
Other prime attractions – walk the Millennium Bridge to St.Paul’s Cathedral or go through Dickensian London to Southwark Cathedral, HMS Belfast, Bermondsey Antique Market, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
