Large (730 square feet), air-conditioned apartment features 1 separate bedroom with a king bed, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and unlimited free Wi-Fi are featured.
Just few minutes away by car from the world's best beaches, Clearwater Beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. 15 min to St. Pete's Clearwater Airport and 25 min drive to Tampa Int'l Airport.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
**Please note this property does have a communal pool which is heated throughout the year.
We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - 5 - 12 gallon trash bags, dish sponge, 5 dishwasher tablets, 5 rolls of toilet paper, the kitchen will have one roll of paper towel, 5 laundry detergent pods, 5 dryer sheets, and in each bathroom we also provide 1 shampoo (1 oz) , 1 conditioner (1 oz), 1 lotion (1 oz), 1 soap bar / or shower gel (1 oz), and 2 shower caps. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. Summary: Pool and gym were nice. Condo was cool, felt good to come in from the hot weather. Bed was great, large and comfortable. I would suggest more blankets, and darker curtains in the bedroom. Also as far as the beach, it’d be nice if there were chairs and beach towels in the condo. No problems with the internet or door. Some pamphlets in the condo suggesting beaches, parking lots and restaurants would be helpful. It was very convenient having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in unit. Some dryer sheets & kitchen towels would be nice too
