Lovely stylish home with shady spots to relax and eat. Comfortable bedrooms and a fabulous kitchen. A 5 min walk down the road to access one of the best beaches on the island.
This is not a party house or luxury villa rental, it is our home, designed with care and consideration for you to enjoy.
It is situated within its own enclosed garden, located in a semi wooded area within the residential urbanisation of Cala Llenya. Its breezy terrace and cool interior will make you want to never leave except for a swim in the cool crystal waters of the sea.
There is a great beach bar and a few restaurants in the local area as well as a small food shop for basic provisions an easy walk away. . The town of Sant Carles, a short drive away will provide further varied and great restaurants, a fantastic ice cream parlour, several cafes, bakery and supermarket, as well as a miriad of boutiques and the famous Las Dalias hippy market! There are of course many other beaches close by worth exploring such as Cala Nova, Es Figural and Cala Boix.

Summary: We had beautiful holidays in Ibiza and the house is just perfect. Really nice equipped, so much space, wonderful terrace…Very easy and kind communication :-) and hand over. Nothing could be better.
