2 bedroom, 1 bath park model cabin with comfortable modern decor and amenities. Able to sleep 6 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunkbeds in the second bedroom and queen pull out couch in the living room, which has a pull out privacy wall. Fees cover accommodations for 4 people, with $20 added for each additional person per reservation stay. Large deck is complete with patio furniture and propane BBQ. Full size kitchen with fridge, microwave and gas range. Pots, pans, dishes, toaster, crock pot, coffee maker and Keurig as well. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens provided. Sorry, there is no Wifi or land line but there is cell coverage. The peaceful setting is all you need! There is a DVD player so bring DVD’s for viewing. There is space to park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. My property is located with a lovely view of the 8th green, and a view of the 9th tee from the back of the property. Whispering Pines Club house, located within a very short drive or a nice walk, offers a restaurant, golfing facilities, swimming pool, change rooms, washrooms and coin laundry. There is a children’s playground area nearby, as well as a small beach area and boat launch. The nearby Scotties convenience store has basic groceries, propane and liquor sales. This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. No smoking, no pets please. Gated community requires remote (replacement fee from damage deposit applies if lost or stolen) to open gate. Remote is kept in the park model and guests have access to it upon arrival. Guests must phone the landlady to have the gate opened initially for them. Pool and coin operated laundry area at the clubhouse require a key card for entry which is provided in cabin upon arrival (replacement fee from damage deposit applies if lost). Pool area requires use of wristbands, provided in cabin (replacement fee from damage deposit applies if lost). Please deposit all garbage at the refuse dump, or take it to your home garbage with you. No outdoor wood fires permitted on this property. Sorry there is no Wi-Fi but a DVD player and tv for video viewing is provided. Please bring DVDs to enjoy!
