➤ Before booking, please note that as per the building, there will be a $120 security deposit held on a credit card at the time of check-in. This transaction is exclusively between guests and the front desk. For any inquiries, it is recommended to contact the front desk directly.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, kindly note the following policies:
- Advanced booking is required; last-minute bookings cannot be accommodated.
- Guests aged 18 and above must submit a copy of their ID.

1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.
2. To ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide the registration information at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.
3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved.
