We are in the "Villa Vittoria Resort", a green space of 3000 sqm. With stunning pool. The apartment "Ibisco" is a portion (40 square meters) of an old house of the '700 and consists of 1 double room, a room / kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom and terrace. The apartment is accessible via a convenient internal staircase. You will have the garden and an equipped swimming pool (open from May 1st) in sharing with the guests of "Villa Vittoria" (single villa that lives in the garden of the apartments and uses the common spaces) or the other apartment in the structure "Iris apartment" By renting the apartment "Ibisco", in the house you can meet the service staff at home (me or my mother)
The entrance is in common with the apartment "Iris" (as are shared the outdoor spaces and the pool) which is located in the same building. The apartment is on the first floor of the building.

The house is situated on top of a hill in the countryside of Città Sant'Angelo and enjoys an incredible view that stretches from the sea to the two highest peaks of the Apennines: La Majella and the Gran Sasso. The swimming pool is at the disposal of guests of Villa Vittoria Resort and is equipped with deckchairs, chairs and umbrellas (swimming pool can be used from 1 May to 30 September) We are 6 km away. From the motorway toll, we are on top of a hill just 5 minutes from the sea of Silvi Marina and close to centers of absolute historical value such as Città Sant'Angelo and Atri. Moreover, in a few minutes, you will be in the tourist centers of Montesilvano or Pescara who know how to welcome tourists with gastronomic and leisure suggestions of all kinds.
The road is connected with a suburban bus line, but the car (or other means of transport) is needed. The house is close to centers of absolute historical interest such as Atri, with its Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral, Città Sant'Angelo, or Penne, Loreto Aprutino and many other attractive cities that will take your breath away.
