In the afternoon, perhaps you'd enjoy cocktails or a BBQ on the spacious patio directly on the sand. This two story unit enjoys breathtaking ocean vistas with about 50 feet of frontage and 2 levels and approximately 3500 square feet. The living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom are all open to the sea. The master and living room have patio doors that open onto the deck, inviting in the sea breezes. The kitchen is a gourmand's delight. The Dining Room is huge and seats 0 people. The master bath has a deep tub and a separate shower. Two other bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen bed, each have their own bath. The powder room completes the upper level. Downstairs, there are 2 ocean front bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a trundle of two twins, 2 baths, family room, wet bar with a mini kitchen and the laundry room.
