Welcome to my 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home!
This modern house in Doral has been completely remodeled with an open space concept. The interior is beautiful, but the best part might be the backyard, which is fully equipped with an electric grill, mini fridge, speakers and an infinity pool overlooking an artificial small lake!
It’s in the perfect location in Doral. Even though it’s in a quiet neighborhood, it’s just a short drive (5 minutes) from several restaurants, including high-end Italian and sushi restaurants, and fast-food places like McDonalds, Subway and Chipotle. It’s 5 minutes away from a Publix and TJMax.
This home is also just a short 10 minute drive to Dolphin Mall, which is arguably the largest, most exciting shopping and entertainment destination in Miami, with 240 retailers, bowling, Dave and Buster’s, theater and several restaurants.
It’s also walking distance from Legacy Park, a huge public park with a playground, soccer field, beach volleyball, tennis court and several indoor and outdoor basketball courts. It’s also located right by the Turnpike and 836, the two main interstates that will take you anywhere in Florida. Like I said, perfect location!
This home features a queen-sized bed on the master bedroom, the first guest bedroom has 2 full sized bed, the second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third guest bedroom has a sofa bed - comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests! Please note that all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
I have full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
There is a patio with an outdoor furniture and a non-heated pool where you can spend your day to relax and high-speed WiFi, TV with Netflix access, BBQ, and 3 driveway parking spots are available during your stay!
