3 Bedroom House in Lo Rufete, Orihuela
There is a high 1.8 metre wall all the way around the property which make it more secure and private. 3 bedrooms ( sleeps 6 guests), 2 bath roomed house with a garden and a driveway next to the new Vistabella golf course at Entre Naranjos. The golf course being only 5 minutes walk away. There is a large balcony off the master bedroom plus a roof top terrace. It has English, Spanish, German & French TV. The quiet community pool is just over the road . The house is about 5km from San Miguel and 5 km from Los Montesenos. . There is fast wifi and aircon in all 3 bedrooms plus heating for Winter.
The upstairs bathroom is 4 piece and the downstairs shower room is a 3 piece. Fitted wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms.
There are also bars, restaraunts, a supermarket and shops on site too.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
No smoking is allowed inside the house. Apologies but we also no longer allow dogs or other animals/ pets in the house.
There is a cleaning & laundry charge of 100 Euros (for up to 6 guests) which is payable locally on arrival at the property prior to keys being handed over. There is a key holder to report any problems to or please feel free to contact myself (the owner via text, phone, email or whatsapp) regarding any concerns.
FOR ARRIVALS AFTER 8 pm there is an additional late supplement fee of 20 euros. This additional fee also applies after 2 pm on a Saturday and all day Sunday. A fee of 100 EUROS is therefore payable ON ARRIVAL. No arrivals permitted after midnight without prior agreement.
Please note that one set of bed linen per bed is provided plus one hand towel and one bath towel per guest. Should an extra bedding change be required during your stay, this can be arranged via our key holder at extra cost.
