Positive: It was a perfect location for us to visit my family. Comfortable beds and clean apartment. We didn’t have a bottle opener and the family above us were kind enough to get us one. I’m not sure if they are tenants or owners of the whole house but that was very kind of them.
Negative: The noise levels from above. Being a basement apartment it was very loud and we heard everything. They have 3 dogs which were very loud, fighting and barking. Lots of loud bangs, clanging noises which woke us at 5.30am each morning and later into the evening. We did let booking.com know and it did get a bit better but the dogs barking was still excessive. Also, there was dog faeces as we walked out of the apartment.
Summary: Nice apartment but too loud above us for us to return
