Cozy Condo is back!!
Sharp yet cozy two story townhouse with comfy beds and great spaces to hang out and share meals. Just off of the Olentangy River bike path & 2 miles from OSU. Close to coffee, restaurants and shops on High St. Recent overhaul of this lovely 950 sf getaway included new carpet, high quality furniture and fabulous bedrooms. This is a quiet retreat with great wifi, Apple TV, washer/dryer, cozy private courtyard and stocked kitchen.
The space
The Condo: 950 sq ft. two story condo features a very welcoming great room with a super large coffee table surrounded by two lovely comfy couches, making for a great space for casual meals, playing board games, watching Netflix on our 42 inch LG flatscreen TV or listening to music on our bluetooth sound bar. BRAND NEW FURNITURE IN GREAT ROOM. (NEW PHOTOS COMING SOON!)
THE KITCHEN is stocked with the basics including a "welcome home" drink in the fridge. The table is a large sturdy farm style table with plenty of room for four or more. There is great coffee and tea in the cabinets and all sorts of coffee options including a French press, cappuccino maker and auto coffee maker.
UPSTAIRS are two good sized bedrooms. Both have queen size beds and luxurious bedding, plenty of closet space and new carpet. The upstairs full bath will have fluffy towels and luxury products waiting for you.
The kitchen table doubles as a great work space as does the living room table.
Washer/dryer available to guests.
Outside the back door is a lovely wood fenced enclosed patio with a wrought iron table and chairs for outside dining, a new loveseat for relaxing after dinner and bistro lights providing a wonderful ambiance.
