Welcome to my 1 bedroom in a mixed-use restaurant & residential building on the southern end of the boardwalk commercial zone. Located across the street from the busiest parking lot along Venice Beach & located one block North of Venice Blvd and near the paddle tennis courts! Just steps to the famous Abbot Kinney & within short driving distance to downtown Santa Monica!
Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
This unit is perfect for travelers, families and friends, and even those who are in the city for business!
The ground-floor currently features two restaurants - Ocean Front Kitchen and Poki-Poke.
The living room is setup with comfortable couch for you to relax after the long sightseeing and working. The kitchen proudly displays high end-appliances and the dining area are fully equipped with everything you need to make everyone's meal.
This unit bedroom features a comfortable 2 queen-sized beds.
You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone!
A high-speed WiFi with up to 40MB of data and a TV with Netflix access are all provided during your stay!
There is 1 free parking space at the back side of the building.

Summary: Overall, the stay was one of a kind and had I not signed a lease prior to staying here, I would have inquired about staying for the year, not even joking. I loved it so much. The ambience is one of a kind and really pulls you into the overall spirit of the Venice Boardwalk. You can sit in the window and people watch all day. The merchants below are very friendly and have rap battles out front trying to attract customers. It is a very cool vibe. You might even get lucky and be called out in their raps if they notice you watching. The check-in process was a little choppy but I think that is because the code is changed after each stay to keep out trespassers.
