5 Bedroom House in St. Augustine Beach, St. Augustine

Newly renovated in April 2014 with all King Sized Beds (New mattresses), insulation, drywall, electric, paint, flooring, ductwork, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, everything! We gutted this house down to the studs and made this into our retirement home for the future. Three master suites all share a large Trex deck with direct access/views of the ocean. One other upstairs master suite plus a ground level master suite provide privacy for your guests. Every room has it's own private bathroom. The ground level master suite has a handicap shower perfect for wheel chairs and the elderly. This is a non-driving portion of St. Augustine Beach and sleeps 10-14 comfortably. The regraded, newly sodded fenced yard is perfect for croquet, badminton or whiffle ball. The new fire pit allows you to relax with your guest by a roaring fire. Several shaded areas are perfect for entertaining. Outdoor speakers provide your favorite music. Sit under the deck or lounge area on rainy days while you wait for the inevitable St. Augustine sun to come back out or lay in the hammock in the gazebo as you watch the sun rise. Please note that we rent this home ourselves and do not use any other contracts from any other source including available holidays 2009.
