Positive: It was shelter. Lowest rates I could find in the area.
Negative: Very unclean. Outlets were broken and/or missing face plates. Air conditioner barely worked. The curtain didn't close all the way (stuffed it behind a large framed painting in the wall to keep it closed). Could hear people walking by outside all hours of the night.
Summary: Eh... A little taste of paradise this was not.
