Welcome to the Lake of the Ozarks and the brand new Topsider Condomiums. What better way to experience the lake than in this gorgeous 3 bed, 3 bath former display unit. Walk in, kick your shoes off and relax in front of the 65" tv and electric fireplace while looking out the wall-to-wall glass doors to the gorgeous lake and resort style pool. This is a walk in unit and there is an elevator to get to the pool, dock, and common ground making our unit wheelchair friendly and accessible. Anyone who has struggled to carry groceries and coolers up and down the stairs will love that feature as well!
Each bedroom is curated to be beautiful and luxurious, but also comfortable. We paid special attention to the mattresses, linens, and pillows chosen to be as plush and cozy as possible. Each bedroom has a 55" TV with access to Spectrum Cable and the ability to stream your favorite shows and movies. The First Master Suite has a King size bed, dual night stands, large dresser, direct access to the deck, and an outstanding view of the Lake and the Grand Glaize Bridge. The huge Master Bath includes a large closet, double vanity, and a private room which includes the toilet and shower.
The Second Master Suite has a Queen sized bed and a large, step-in shower in the private bath. The Third Bedroom is a Junior Suite with a direct door to the spacious shared bath. This bedroom has a Twin XL over Queen sized Bunk Bed which is great for couples or for the kids to sleep.
Finally, extra sleeping is provided by a Queen sized air mattress with pump that can be set-up in the main living room should your group need additional sleeping space. Altogether, the condo can sleep 8 adult guests or up to 9 occupants including children.
Outside, on the deck, you'll find high-quality cushioned table seating for 6 that offers a great view of the Lake and the perfect vantage point for watching the passing boats. Two additional cushioned rocking chairs are sure to be favorites as you sip on morning coffee or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. An electric Weber grill is also on the deck conveniently awaiting your barbeque.
Our optional 12x36' boat slip is available for an additional fee. If needing a larger slip please let us know as we can try to accomodate that. Our guests launch boats and park trailers about 2 miles away by land and water at the State Park in Osage Beach - Marina Grand Glaize.
This condo is the perfect spot for any type of lake goer. If you want a day out on the lake and then a night out on the town we are in a prime location for that. By water we are close to dozens of restaurants with bars and pools for the whole family. By car we are close to the Bagnell Dam Strip, and endless food, shopping, and entertainment options. Miner Mike's Arcade is a 2 minute drive and has been a great time and memorable experience for our family for decades. If you want a cozy night in after a long day at the pool or out on the water we have that covered too. There are endless movie and streaming options. Or if you are into a game night we have many games including UNO, Scrabble, and traditional playing cards.

So while the main amenities (docks, pool, elevator) are all up and running there is still construction happening in the complex including a second pool, and a gym.
