Water and rolling fairway views from back patio. 30 minute drive from Pensacola Airport and downtown Pensacola. Max of 6 persons total including children. Must be 25+ to rent. Please read entire listing including house rules before booking. Newly renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa located directly on the Perdido Bay golf course. Pond and rolling fairway views. Outdoor grill and seating for eight. The living room features 18 ft ceilings and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom downstairs features a a tile shower. The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs has a bathtub. Every bedroom has a Temper-pedic mattress and a sound machine. The living room has a fold down couch. Full kitchen and coffee bar provided. Entire Home and Back Yard within the property line. Close to NAS Pensacola, museum and lighthouse. Great beaches within minutes, including National Seashore. Family friendly community with lots of activities nearby. Environmentalists and outdoor enthusiasts visit Perdido Key because it is one of the few remaining areas of protected wilderness in the Florida Panhandle. Miles of preserves are used for hiking, kayaking, and bird watching. Dolphin watch excursions and sailing tours are available, as are moonlight cruises on the bay. Perdido Key's two state parks and an expanse of National Seashore offer chances to spot gray foxes and blue herons in the wild.
