Breathtaking views of the neighboring cattle ranches and Santa Ynez Valley Mountain Range abound.
This property is complete with main house of 2 bedrooms: one primary bedroom with a king bed and full bath, and secondary bedroom with a queen bed and full bath; there is also an additional half bath powder room. Additionally, just steps outside guests will find a detached pool cabaña .Enter the house through its charming dutch door to find wood beamed ceilings, sandstone fireplaces, abundant warmth and coziness that feels like home. A beautiful Gourmet kitchen with island/bar that opens to the Family Room with fireplace, formal dining area, formal Living room with fireplace, master bedroom suite with fireplace and King size bed, Guest bedroom suite with Queen size bed, powder room for guests, outdoor dining fireside on the patios with picnic table, bistro table and lounge chairs plus gas BBQ. Bring your bathing suits for the spa and 75'x12' lap pool (pool is not heated unless requested, but summer months the pool cover keeps the pool hot). There is also a separate building that is a pool cabana with bathroom/shower.The pool cabaña is approximately 75 feet away from the main house and provides a nice getaway with wonderful views as well.
