Private, simple and secluded. That pretty much sums up Loring Point Rustic Housekeeping Cabin on Passamaquoddy Bay Please note: as of 2019 we have a 2(two) night minimum stay Enjoy the sun and moon rises over Deer Island- the first in the US. See Eagles, Osprey, Hawks and Owls. Shorebirds abound. Guests have seen fox and their kits, moose, deer, bear, squirrels and hare. Explore three beaches at low tide, finding urchins and starfish in pools. Search for sea glass. Our rustic, non-electric cabin is fully equiped including kitchen linens, bedding and towels. There are gas lights, refrigerator, cook stove and wall heating unit. We have an outdoor grill and fire circle, along with hot and cold running water and a shower in a tent outside. The outhouse is neat and tidy. There is a hand carry boat launch. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a full sized sleep sofa in the main room. You can not see another structure in the US from our cabin. Our guests enjoy the complete privacy of Loring Point with surrounding fields.
