We are located 1.5 miles North of Youngs store right across from 1st Connecticut Lake. In the winter snowmobile from your front door to hundreds of miles of NH state snowmobile trails. (No direct access to ATV trails. ) The Rt3 Border crossing to Canada is approx 15 miles north of us. 'Moose Alley' begins within a mile north of us. Viewing moose is always a popular attraction! Two small general stores are within 1.5 miles.

We are located right off Rt3, turn left at mile marker 227.2 on to Maple Mountain Rd (approx 600' up hill first home on left 132 Maple Mountain Rd) so we are easily found!
