Step out the front door to an open patio area for dining al fresco and the "lookout" deck with beautiful views of the beach and Alligator Point's spectacular sunsets (including a hammock in the shade for late afternoon naps). Walk a bit further to access Lookout Cove's private beach access and secluded stretch of beach. With minimal public beach access on the East end of Alligator Point, it's almost like having your own private beach.
