Sit on the veranda after a cool swim or hot tub in the pool and watch the sunset. The pool also enjoys the views. BBQ and have the wine and cheese you can easily pick up locally. Short distance to historic Beechworth, gourmet Milawa and interesting Myrtleford. Even Bright is only an hour away. Backs on to Warby National Park with 180 views of the Winton wetlands Victorian mountain ranges and ever changing farming at the top of the world. Take a walk along the country lanes and smell the air. Just over 2 hours from Melbourne, 4 hours from Canberra and 8 hours from Sydney surrounded by award winning wineries and local produce. We have just planted a small Truffier and keep a small herd of beef cattle. Stargazing and listening to the birds is all there is to do. Due to the water feature this property is not suitable for children under 12
