Longtail is charming cottage located in the heart of Sidmouth town centre within a short level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach with its long esplanade. The cottage has been completely refurbished to a very high standard with quality furnishings and tasteful colour schemes throughout. The owner has given much time and care to provide a top quality holiday cottage which is a real delight to spend time in. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: A comfortably furnished living room with feature fireplace and gas wood burner effect fire. A very well equipped kitchen with quality appliances, Granite worktops and equipment. The back door leads to a really pretty enclosed rear courtyard with patio furniture, a real sun trap for the afternoon and evening sun. From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor where there is a beautiful and spacious double bedroom with fitted bedroom furniture. A tiled white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath, WC and hand basin. On the second floor there is another spacious twin bedroom, with lovely views over the roof tops, this room does have sloping ceilings! ESSENTIAL INFORMATION: Changeover day: Saturday, flexible non peak weeks Wifi: Yes Pets: Sorry not accepted Parking: There are some roads nearby where there is unrestricted roadside parking. Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 15 minute walk away along the seafront. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all Eat Devon council car parks.
