Heated pool. White sand beach 10 minutes walk. 420 m2 of exotic wooden floors of which 120 m2 and 300 m2 indoors and outdoors. All sections of wall overlooking the sea and the mountains are glazed. In the living room bay window off 8m60, which offers panoramic views ranging from Bavella Berry Pinarello and Villata. Decoration, furnishings and fine amenities. Conditioned rooms. On arrival, the beds are made at your convenience. Cleaning is done every day in high season (2 hours a day except Sundays). The replacement of linen is on a Saturday and a thorough cleaning. The house is also equipped with SAT TV and Internet WIFI.

Summary: I usually rely quite a lot on reviews so I will try to be as objective as possible: The Good: - the house has beautiful views of the Saint Cyprien beach - the house is a short drive away from beautiful beaches - the house has a nice layout as it is very open with large windows - Richard, the owner, and Fernanda, the care take, are very nice pleasant people. The Bad - the house is advertised as having a heated pool but the heating was broken and no effort was made to repair it or compensate us for the misrepresentation. The weather can be quite cold and the water was freezing so we didn't even use it. -Hazard! the deck leading to the pool is comprised of large steps (almost a meter I would say) but there are only a set of incredibly narrow stairs going down. I was constantly overseeing the steps of my nephews and my 80 year old dad because the risk of having a serious accident is very high - I would not say that the house is walking distance from the beach (although there are a lot of beaches a short drive away). Perhaps it is 15 minutes but quite difficult to get there (note that the location is Zonza, not Lecci) -it is advertised with daily cleaning, but in fact they came only one time. They said that only in August they have cleaning everyday so I would ask specifically -the layout of the house was very nice but the rooms were quite small -WIFI: the house is advertised as having wifi but frankly it doesn't work. I was using my data all week from my phone. Richard says that it is a problem of the island but I find that strange
