Positive: I loved the cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. I got sick on my second day, and they helped me find the nearest pharmacy. I had to go to the hospital, and when I didn't come back they called to check if I was ok. They were also kind enough to carry my bags up and down the stairs. If you are a light sleeper, the noise level will not be good for you. I knew when I booked that the street was noisy, but I thought I could stomach it. The location is not good because of the noise, but it is safe and central, within walking distance to everything I needed.
Negative: Just the noise, I think because I was not feeling well generally.
Summary: Value for money, friendly staff, central and accessible.
