The Space:
This is a truly unqiue, trendy space, the perfect home for your trip to London.
you can easily walk to the iconic Portobello Road, and check out the market on Sundays. It is easy to travel across London and visit everything that the city has to offer.
Ladbroke Grove has a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafes, and you will not tire of things to do in this fantastic area and beautiful home.
Layout:
Ground floor
- Cosy and comfortable sitting room where you can relax with a movie after a day exploring
- Fantastic, bright and unique kitchen, fully equipped to prepare a feast and with a charming seating area overlooking the garden
- Spacious garden, wonderful for your morning coffee in the summer!
First floor:
-Fantastic master bedroom with unique feature bath, and an ensuite bathroom with large overhead shower.

Third Floor:
- Twin bedroom with unique wood wall feature.
Please note that the bedroom on the top floor has been changed to feature 2 single beds instead of the 1 double that is pictured.

Guests have access to the entire house, except for some cupboards and one room (not pictured/advertised).
The Neighborhood:
Once the epicentre of London's underground, the leafy little enclave of Ladbroke Grove is a little smarter these days. And while the musicians and misfits have been replaced with a bit of money, the spirit remains, with the restaurants, bars and pubs of W10 and W11 pretty much all the proof you need - they're ace.
Getting Around:
Labroke Grove Station is just under 15 minutes away, and there are lots of buses in the area too.

Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants.
Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place.
Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours.
We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds.
This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean.
This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change.
