3 Bedroom Cabin in Beech Mountain

Welcome home! Beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath cabin with two living rooms and a two level deck overlooking a long range four state view, facing sunset. Dog friendly. Professionally managed and cleaned between all guests. Enjoy our renovated cabin with multiple living areas with a pool table and HUGE two level deck with multiple seating/dining areas and gas grill. The house is just off the paved road, giving great access but still a touch of privacy. This is an entirely non-smoking property both inside and out (in the yard or on the deck). Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles is available. The house has everything you need to enjoy a ski trip or a summer stay -- wireless internet, all linens, dishes and all your kitchen needs. An Apple TV provides for smart TV features and Spectrum cable tv (via an app) in the living areas and master bedroom. The lower level living area features a pull out sofa for additional sleeping space. Gas fireplaces add to the ambiance, and during the summer enjoy our cool nights at our 4800 foot elevation. Close to it all: Beech Mountain Club (pool, clay tennis, golf, clubhouse dining, open mid May to mid October). Privileges may be available at an additional cost but are not guaranteed please inquire. 2 minutes to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort or Beech Mountain Club pool and tennis courts 5 minutes to Fred's (if they don't have it, you don't need it.) 1-5 minutes to Miles and Miles of Beech Mountain trails with ratings from easy to moderate and strenuous. There is always a trail map at the cabin. Just 2.5 miles to the Beech Mountian Recreation Center. For just a couple dollars a day enjoy all that the center has to offer: indoor/outdoor tennis (ball machine), weight room, volleyball, basketball and take advantage of their many classes such as yoga. 30 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. If you have never been this is a must. Day or season passes are available allowing you access to trails and THE most spectacular views in the high country. 45 minutes to Linville Falls. More great trails but this time with views of gorgeous mountain falls. If you go to Linville Falls, you must stop at the Linville River Mercantile for the best desserts you will ever have. 20 to 40 minutes to three fabulous High Country wineries. 45 minutes to Watauga lake. You will be surprised at how reasonable it is to rent a boat (speed or pontoon) for the day. If you are here in the summer, this is a must! Boat all day surrounded by majestic mountains and national forest. We are glad to share our favorite marina and food tips. 1.20 hours to the Virginia Creeper Trail. Also a must! Bike 17 miles (all downhill). Take your time and enjoy several passes over the Appalachian Trail and explore an old rail stop, bridges, and stop for ice cream. We would be glad to share a couple of our favorite bike rental companies. It is worth a couple bucks to get shuttled to the top. The owners are proud to consider themselves an all-season family. We would love to answer any questions you have about Beech Mountian. The Mr. was President of the Beech Mountian ski team and the Mrs. loses herself every weekend (any season) on tens of miles of mountain trail runs. The Mrs. is also a Realtor if you decide that you want to find your own piece of the High Country. There is not an inch of this awesome mountain that we have not explored.
