Summary: Overall unit is nice and comfy but very dated and in need of repairs. Maintenance workers walked in on us without knocking wanting to inspect the deck. Said the office sent them over, allegedly because the HOA had filed a complaint regarding the deck. I can’t imagine this is SOP with Elliot management, but this was definitely a lack of communication. These poor guys could have been seriously hurt, under the circumstances. This particular unit has no elevator so if you’re on the 2nd or third floor so be prepared
